University of Alabama at Birmingham Residence Hall & Dining Facility

University of Alabama at Birmingham is building new dorms to meet demand of the growing student population. The newest addition to the campus is a seven-story residence hall that includes 364 double-occupancy student rooms and a 300-seat dining hall. ENFRA provided mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection design for the project, which was completed on an expedited schedule by leveraging design resources from across our offices. The residence hall was completed in 2020.
