In September 2023, ENFRA began a five-year partnership with Stetson University to provide full operations and maintenance (O&M) services for its Central Energy Plant. This project focuses on optimizing the performance of critical infrastructure, including HVAC and plumbing systems, while ensuring long-term energy efficiency. The plant houses 3,700-ton and 1,500-ton York WC centrifugal chillers, which are monitored remotely to maintain peak functionality and minimize downtime. Bernhard's team also conducts routine energy audits to identify opportunities for cost savings and sustainability improvements across the campus.
In addition to comprehensive maintenance, ENFRA provides repairs and system replacements to meet Stetson’s evolving needs. The partnership reflects a commitment to delivering reliable service and reducing environmental impact, ensuring the university’s energy plant operates efficiently and effectively year-round. With a strong focus on proactive maintenance and data-driven energy management, this collaboration supports Stetson University’s mission to create a sustainable and comfortable learning environment for its students and faculty.
