The four-story addition to the Duke University School of Nursing features 60,000 square feet of classroom space, research areas, study areas, reading rooms, a recording studio, simulation labs and offices. ENFRA provided mechanical construction services for the project.
Project features included the installation of chilled water, heating water and steam systems to service the building’s 85 rooms and common areas. The project also included the installation of a 125-ton air handling unit, eight fan coil units and 100 VAV boxes.
