NASCAR Plaza is a 390,000-square-foot, 19-story, Class A office tower in downtown Charlotte, North Carolina. The finished space includes: exhibit space, convention center, theatre, television and radio studios, media center, retail space and a restaurant. ENFRA provided Design Build, as well as Mechanical and Plumbing construction services for the project.
The project was awarded LEED Silver Certification in 2010.
