ENFRA and LCMC Health entered a 15-year Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) agreement, transferring utility operations and maintenance risk to ENFRA while enabling state-of-the-art infrastructure upgrades. In the first two years, these improvements have enhanced efficiency, reduced utility costs, and lowered LCMC Health’s carbon footprint by 26%.
In 2021, ENFRA and LCMC Health entered into a 15-year Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) agreement covering six of LCMC Health’s facilities. This groundbreaking agreement, at the time the largest of its kind in U.S. healthcare history, transferred the risk of utility operations and maintenance of LCMC Health’s chilled water system to ENFRA, enabling state-of-the-art infrastructure upgrades.
In the first two years of the partnership, ENFRA has implemented significant improvements to LCMC Health’s infrastructure, creating efficiencies, enhancing operations, and providing utility cost savings. These upgrades have collectively reduced LCMC Health’s enterprise carbon footprint by 26%.
