Since January 2020, ENFRA has been a trusted partner to Berman Property Management Group, providing operations, repair, and maintenance services for the Central Energy Plant at Lake Nona Town Center. Valued at approximately $1 million, this ongoing contract ensures the efficiency and reliability of critical HVAC and plumbing systems. The plant includes three 1,000-ton York WC chillers and three SMARDT chillers, all remotely monitored to optimize performance and meet the complex’s dynamic energy needs.
