Arkansas Children’s Hospital Northwest

Arkansas Children’s Hospital engaged ENFRA for engineering design and transition to operations support for their new flagship hospital in Northwest Arkansas. Energy efficiency was a key goal for the building system’s design, but the client also wanted to empower the facility’s staff to effectively operate and maintain the building once construction was complete.

ENFRA provided MEPFP, lighting, low voltage, structural, and controls design for the project, which incorporated state-of-the-art technologies and systems to promote energy and operational efficiency. To support the transition to operations, ENFRA’s staff uploaded data from the design and construction phase into BIM 360 Ops, a mobile-friendly Computerized Maintenance Management System. The team also delivered a customized operator training program to orient the hospital’s new facility maintenance staff to their equipment, systems, and CMMS.
