ENFRA's Internship Program provides students with meaningful work experience, professional development opportunities, and exposure to a wide range of career paths. Since launching in 2022, the program has grown from 21 interns across six states to more than 50 interns across 12 states in 2026, making it an important part of how we develop future talent and build the next generation of leaders.
Why Intern at ENFRA?
At ENFRA, interns are more than observers. They are active contributors who work alongside experienced professionals and gain real-world experience that complements their academic studies.
Through the program, interns:
- Work on meaningful projects

- Build professional and technical skills
- Expand their network across the company
- Gain exposure to multiple career paths
- Participate in structured development opportunities
Interns consistently describe the experience as transformative because it provides hands-on learning that cannot be replicated in a classroom setting.
