At ENFRA, we’re committed to building a more sustainable world—and we believe it starts with you.

In 2022, ENFRA launched the 360 Promise: a long-term commitment to hire 360 Tulane students over the next 30 years. This initiative is more than just a hiring goal—it’s a dedicated effort to connect Tulane students with meaningful careers in the energy industry. While the initiative focuses on the Freeman School of Business and the Tulane Energy Institute, it also extends to students across the university, including those in the Law School, School of Science and Engineering, and other academic programs.

As part of our partnership with Tulane, ENFRA collaborates with faculty to shape course content and curriculum that reflects current and future trends in the energy services industry. That means what you’re learning in the classroom is directly connected to what companies like ENFRA are doing in the real world.

The 360 Promise is also closely tied to Project RISE, a 30-year Energy-as-a-Service partnership between ENFRA and Tulane. Through this partnership, ENFRA is making major upgrades to campus energy systems to help Tulane reach carbon neutrality by 2050. That includes projects like a one-megawatt solar energy plant that now supplies 10 percent of the electricity used at Tulane’s uptown campus.
