Rob Guthrie
Chief Executive Officer
Rob assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer of ENFRA in June 2024, succeeding Ed Tinsley after his successful six-year tenure. Since joining the company in 2018 as Vice President of Development, Rob has been a key driver in shaping ENFRA’s long-term vision, expanding its Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) portfolio, and leveraging more than a century of energy and infrastructure expertise. He was promoted to Chief Development Officer and incoming CEO in 2021, playing a pivotal role in positioning ENFRA for sustainable growth and industry leadership. Rob is currently leading the company through its transition and rebranding to ENFRA, strengthening its identity as a leader in energy infrastructure and integrated solutions. With a career spanning two decades, he brings proven expertise in helping clients achieve operational savings, advance decarbonization goals, and strengthen facility resiliency.
Rob holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School and a bachelor's degree from The University of the South (Sewanee). His strong academic foundation, combined with deep industry experience and a customer-centric approach, uniquely positions him to guide ENFRA through its next chapter of growth, innovation, and impact. Under Rob’s leadership, ENFRA remains committed to delivering transformative solutions that drive long-term value for its clients, partners, and communities.

Philip Catanzaro
Chief Operating Officer
Philip brings more than 20 years of experience in the commercial construction industry, advancing through a range of leadership roles since joining ENFRA in 1997. Now serving as Chief Operating Officer, he leads the company’s day-to-day operations with a focus on driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence. Philip oversees the program management of Energy-as-a-Service projects, the execution of strategic initiatives, and the ongoing optimization of internal processes. Throughout his career, he has championed continuous improvement and transformative thinking—positioning ENFRA to meet the evolving needs of its customers and the future of the energy and infrastructure industries.

Melissa Samuel
Chief Legal Officer
Melissa brings more than 20 years of expertise in employment law and human resources leadership, with a proven track record of building strong, resilient organizations. As Chief Legal Officer, she leads ENFRA’s efforts to embed culture, compliance, and communication into the foundation of the company’s growth strategy. In addition to overseeing legal operations, Melissa provides strategic leadership to Human Resources, championing initiatives that foster employee engagement, organizational agility, and long-term success. Her forward-thinking approach ensures that ENFRA remains a values-driven, people-centered company poised for the future.

Lewis Derbes
Chief Financial Officer
Lewis (Lew) Derbes is a proven executive with more than 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, and financial management. A Certified Public Accountant, Lew brings deep expertise in project financing and strategic structuring. As Chief Financial Officer, he plays a critical role in shaping ENFRA’s development and financing strategies. Lew’s leadership ensures that ENFRA’s financial operations support sustainable growth, innovative project delivery, and long-term value for customers and stakeholders.

Jeff Swann
Chief Development Officer
Jeff Swann serves as Chief Development Officer at ENFRA, leading the company’s strategic growth initiatives with a focus on expanding its Energy-as-a-Service portfolio. Previously, as Executive Vice President of the Development segment, Jeff played a key role in securing EaaS partnerships and advancing innovative financing strategies. Over the course of his career, he has helped close more than $2 billion in infrastructure improvement projects. Jeff holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Bowen School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mississippi, combining technical expertise and legal insight to drive ENFRA’s development success.

Alyssa Jaksich Hidalgo
Chief of Staff and EVP
Alyssa serves as Executive Vice President of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and Chief of Staff at ENFRA, where she leads the development, implementation, and reporting of the company’s ESG strategies. As Chief of Staff, she acts as a key advisor to the CEO, helping to drive strategic initiatives, improve business processes, and strengthen collaboration across ENFRA’s leadership team, board of directors, and majority owner, CVC DIF. Previously, Alyssa served as Vice President of EaaS Implementation, where she led efforts to increase development efficiencies and helped build ENFRA’s industry-leading measurement and verification services. Her leadership has been instrumental in the successful development and execution of numerous Energy-as-a-Service projects, advancing ENFRA’s commitment to innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence.

Amir Hadzic
President – Delivery
Amir brings more than 20 years of experience in energy project execution across global markets. As President of Delivery at ENFRA, he leads all aspects of project management, construction, and operational delivery of Energy-as-a-Service projects. Prior to rejoining ENFRA in 2023, Amir held progressively senior leadership roles within the energy industry, most recently serving as Vice President of Project Delivery and Supply Chain for a major North American energy infrastructure developer and operator. In that role, he oversaw strategy and governance, procurement, contractor management, inventory, and project execution across five major business units, ensuring alignment with customer needs and competitive market strategies. Amir’s expertise in project governance, supply chain leadership, and operational excellence strengthens ENFRA’s ability to deliver complex infrastructure projects with precision and efficiency.
Michael Cooper
President – Sustainability
Michael serves as President of ENFRA’s Sustainability division, leading efforts to optimize facility performance and drive long-term energy savings for customers. With more than 20 years of experience across construction, service, and maintenance, he is a registered Professional Engineer and LEED Accredited Professional, holding a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana State University. Michael established and expanded ENFRA’s Sustainability division, which now integrates mechanical service, operations and maintenance, and asset management into a comprehensive solution that supports the full lifecycle of customer facilities. His leadership has positioned Sustainability as a critical pillar of ENFRA’s strategy to deliver operational resilience, energy efficiency, and measurable value in a rapidly evolving infrastructure landscape.

Dwayne Hammer
President – Mechanical
Dwayne serves as President of ENFRA’s Mechanical division, leading the delivery of mechanical contracting services for Energy-as-a-Service projects. With more than 40 years of experience in the construction industry, Dwayne brings proven, hands-on expertise across the hospitality, healthcare, education, and commercial sectors. He joined ENFRA 20 years ago and has played a key role in the successful execution of a wide range of major projects. A graduate of the New Orleans Pipe Trades Apprenticeship Program, Dwayne has also completed specialized training in leadership, project management, scheduling, estimating, safety, and code compliance. As President, he directs the Mechanical division’s overall strategy, aligning operations with ENFRA’s broader business goals and commitment to operational excellence.

David Bell
President – Electrical
David Bell serves as President of ENFRA’s Electrical division, bringing more than 35 years of experience in the contracting industry. He began his career with Ernest P. Breaux, now ENFRA’s Electrical division, where he quickly rose through the ranks from Project Manager to President of the Commercial Construction division, a role he held for over a decade. David has successfully managed and led projects across a wide range of market sectors, consistently delivering quality outcomes and building lasting client relationships. As President, he works closely with ENFRA’s executive team to develop and implement major strategic initiatives while coordinating operations to support the company’s overall goals. David’s deep technical expertise, leadership, and commitment to excellence continue to strengthen ENFRA’s reputation as a trusted partner in energy and infrastructure solutions.
